House Update 2
Well the roof is on and the front porch torn down and rebuilt. We have been on break for the winter as far as construction is concerned, both to recuperate financially, and mentally. Plus I have to pull another permit to finish the interior. Anyway here are some progress photos, particularly the new balcony.
