House Update 2
Well the roof is on and the front porch torn down and rebuilt. We have been on break for the winter as far as construction is concerned, both to recuperate financially, and mentally. Plus I have to pull another permit to finish the interior. Anyway here are some progress photos, particularly the new balcony.

I'm ready for more updates. New adventures? (It is summer, after all.) New interior shots? And in case I didn't mention it: freaking AMAZING what you did to that HOUSE!!! I miss you guys!!! Hope the world is treating you beautifully!
